GLOBAL FILIPINO BUSINESS UNIT AND HEAD

1. Researches, identifies and executes contracts with strategic remittance partners for the following existing products and services:
a. Western Union – Barangay Remit
b. Western Union – ABMT (Account-Based Money Transfer)
c. VISA Direct
d. Other New Global Filipino Products and Services
2. Performs onboarding processes and training for the strategic remittance partners
3. Acts as the Risk and Compliance Champion of Global Filipino Business Unit
4. Builds strong relationships with the strategic remittance partners
5. Develops business cases and marketing plan for each strategic remittance partners/customers
6. Coordinates with EON Banking Group, Retail Banking Group, Commercial Banking Group, Corporate Banking Group, Consumer Finance, Treasury and other units to meet the needs of the strategic remittance partners and clients and ensure a smooth delivery of all Global Filipino products

Work Location

Education: MBA, BS/BA in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking and Finance/Financial Management
Required Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, Extensive experience in assessing risks and compliance for remittance business, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Training skills, Aggressive, works well under pressure of sales goals, Excellent interpersonal skills
Work Experience: Preferably with at least 3 years of exposure in Remittance Business (Remittance Marketing and Operations)
