We want someone who is passionate to learn, self-driven, takes initiative, can execute and make things happen, can adapt to various situations, individuals, and groups, can work with a team, and own up to one’s actions and its consequences.

How do we assess talents?

In searching for the next UnionBanker, we look at your background, experience, your skills and competencies. Our Talent Acquisition Team starts the assessment process with resume screening. If your profile meets the minimum requirements of the job, we contact you through phone for an initial interview, followed by an online cognitive test. Then we’ll invite you in the Office for a face-to-face interview or reach you online for a video interview with the Hiring Manager.

How do we interview?

In the initial interview, we’d like to know more of your background – more than what’s written in your resume. More importantly, we want to know if your possess the qualities we are looking for. When you meet your Hiring Manager, he/she will ask you questions to find out what and how you can contribute to the team. Be ready to share your experiences that can #MakeDaDiff!
