All training programs planned every year are based on the training and developmental needs of the Bank. Over 58 courses are offered through our 9 Academies, led by our senior management who serve as Deans. The UnionBank University also taps highly skilled facilitators and training partners from here and abroad to provide our people with the best sources of skills and knowledge.
Our Officer Development Program is a one-year program for the Bank’s current pool of emerging and future leaders designed to build in them the 19 UnionBank Leadership and Management competencies in order to prepare them for career advancement.
