List of valid IDs

We will be asking you to present ID/s to be able to validate your information. Below is the list of valid IDs that you may present upon claiming your card:

Reminders:

  • Presentation of the original ID is required for all IDs
  • ID/s must be unexpired and must be photograph bearing
  • If the address you indicated on the application form does not match the address on your ID, kindly present 1 proof of billing

Alien Certificate of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated by the BSP, SEC or IC Details on the company ID must match the employer details indicated in the application form
Driver's License
ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (PWD ID) Account opening will not be allowed if nature of disability is mental
Government Office and GOCC ID
OFW ID
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID
Philhealth Insurance Card ng Bayan
Postal ID
Senior Citizen Card
