I'm a little confused. Do we only get paid on the first year? You didn't quite answer the query of Norma Brizuela (11/06/2000):How long will you pay the commissions, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 yrs?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: July 31, 2001 11:53am
Jennifer,
It is true that your commissions will be paid only on the first year, but if
you will recruit continously then you will paid every 1st year of your
recruit's payment.

Leticia Pardiņas, Sr. EDS, NEDA: 2/26/2001; 3:41pm 1. What really is your current policy on the number
of downlines to be able to avail of commissions? When I inquired by phone
last month (1st week of Feb), I was told that your promo 'Christmas Treat'
(wherein one can avail of the commission even with 1 downline only) has
been made permanent, meaning, we're not required to have 5 active downlines
before we can get commission. But your reply to Joie Ramos says otherwise.
Pls. clarify.
2. I have not received my policy yet. I was told by your office that it was
mailed to my address last 28 Dec 2000. It's been two months now and I
haven't seen my policy.
Thank you.
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/26/2001; 4:27pm Ms. Pardinas,
Let me clarify some points, first the Christmas promo was to eliminate the 5
downlines requirement for one month. What I told Miss Ramos was she needs
to complete the 5 downlines requirements within 3 months in order for us to
license her as our agent. The same rule goes for everybody that they need
to meet the 5 downlines requirement in order to avoid deletion of
referrorship from our system. As for your policy I will take a look on our
courrier report and check on when it was delivered.

Pherjune Villa, Geochemist, PNOC-EDC: 2/22/2001; 10:12am I joined First Union Plans on November 2000 here in Ormoc. But with the absence of UnionBank branch here, it is very difficult for me to pay for my monthly premium. It turn out to be expensive for me because I would either go to Cebu or Tacloban which is very far from Ormoc. It turned out that my transportation cost is much more than what I intend to save. If im going to avail of the services of Aboitiz express, it still costs me and that it is really different if im transacting in person to those knowledgeable with the accounts. Now, would it be possible or can you make an arrangement with either City Savings Bank (your sister bank I believe)or Metrobank (just like what you did in Hongkong) to accept our payments for a fast and efficient transactions.
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/22/2001; 1:09pm Thanks Perjune for your inquiry. We will take your suggestion into account and see whether we could set up arrangements with the banks' you suggested.
OLIVER MADLANGBAYAN, TECHNICIAN, AMKOR TECH.PHILS.: 2/12/2001; 4:34pm What will happen if wrong AFR# is used on Income Fund form but on the referror form is the right AFR# ? and what will I do to correct this mistake?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/12/2001; 5:27pm Oliver,
The AFR# indicated on the Application for Referrorship prevails. If you put the wrong AFR# of your sponsor to the Application for IncomeFund the system will not match your name to your real sponsor. You will be connected to the AFR# you wrote on the AF for IncomeFund. If this happens we can change your sponsor if you give us a written request but we cannot revert the commissions we gave previously to the AFR# written on the AF for IncomeFund.
Joie Ramos, Researcher, IRRI: 2/12/2001; 3:24pm I find it interesting, but i still have lots of questions like
1. Is it ok if the person will only buy the plan but will not apply as a referror?
2. If you have less than 5, what happens next?
3. what if you referred it to 5 person and all of them avail of the plan but wasn't able to get 5 each, what will happen? will the plan still continue?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/12/2001; 5:27pm Dear Joie,
Yes, It is okay that you can only be a policy holder. As for your second question, if you have less than 5 downlines for 3 months then we will delete your referrorship from our system. Your downlines will be rolled up to your position. And for your last question, If the referror failed to meet the 5 downline requirement she/he can still continue to pay for the plan and get its benefit on maturity date but his/her referrorship will be void.
Rufino Canales, Shift In Charge, Visayas Geothermal Power Company: 2/09/2001;1:29pm Give us the idea regarding Future Fund. I am very much interested on the plan. Is your branch in Cebu offering the same?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/9/2001; 5:33pm Mr. Canales,
Future Fund is a Pension Plan. You just need to invest P400 / month for 5 years, and wait for another 5 years to get a Pension Benefit of P40,000. You can also sell the plan to your family and friends and earn commissions from it. For more details about the plan please call Joy de Leon of First Union Direct at 8922163.
We actually have a branch in Carbon, Cebu who can process applications, you can visit it and look for Marian.
Thank you for your interest.
Pol Estabillo, Civil Engineer, P&M ESTABILLO, Construction: 2/6/2001; 9:33am Is Future Fund or First Union Plans registered in the Insurance Commission?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/6/2000; 4:55pm Mr. Estabillo,
First Union Plans, Inc. is a pre-need company not an insurance company. We were incorporated last Feb. 24, 2000 and was issued a license to sell pension plans last July 7, 2000 by SEC. We are registered under SEC not the Insurance Commission.

Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/6/2000; 4:55pm Marife,
Thank you for signing up with FUP. I just want to inform you that as soon as we receive your Application For Referrorship form you just need to wait 10 banking days for your E-ON card to be released. You need to pick up your E-ON card at FUD Perea branch and look for Joy de Leon.
Patty: 2/2/2001; 1:14pm Is it ok if the person will only buy the plan but will not apply as a referror? if she wants to apply later, can she get the referrorship?
If the plan holder decides to pay the premium for quarterly, semi-annual, or annual...will you give discount even it is not paid in lumpsum?
Abbie Reyes-Dinglasan, Sales Support Manager, First Union Plans: 2/6/2000; 4:55pm Patty,
