Early Holiday Shopping Treat Raffle

Promo Mechanics:

  1. The Raffle Promo is open to all UnionBank Visa/ Mastercard Credit Cardholders, principal or supplementary, whose accounts are active and in good credit standing. (“Cards”) (“Cardholder/s”)

  2. The Promo period is until October 31, 2017 ("Promotion Period"). All transactions must be made within the Promotion Period to avail of the Promo.

  3. To qualify in the raffle promo, cardholder should use his/ her UnionBank Credit Card to purchase items/services at 0% interest on any installment term available at UnionBank’s installment partner establishments for a minimum single receipt purchase of P3,000. To view list of existing installment partner establishments, please visit https://www.unionbankph.com/personal/credit-cards/features-and-benefits/86-installment-program.

  4. Earning of system-generated e-raffle entries will be as follows:
    1. Cardholder earns one (1) system-generated e-raffle entry for a minimum single receipt purchase of P3,000 at 0% interest on any installment term in any of UnionBank Credit Card’s installment partner establishments.
    2. Cardholder earns two (2) system-generated e-raffle entries for a minimum single receipt purchase of P3,000 at 0% interest on any installment term in The SM Store or in any of The SM Store Retail Affiliates.
    3. Cardholders who make at least two (2) qualified installment transactions within the promo period will be entitled to multiply each system-generated e-raffle entry by 2. For example, 2 system-generated e-raffle entries will be entitled to 4 entries.

  5. Prizes are as follows:
    1st PRIZE: one (1) winner of P150,000 worth of SM Gift Cards

    2ND PRIZE: one (1) winner of P75,000 worth of SM Gift Cards

    3RD PRIZE: one (1) winner of P25,000 worth of SM Gift Cards

  6. Determination of Winners:
    1. A cardholder can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize with higher value.
    2. The winners will be electronically drawn on November 9, 2017 (2PM) at Credit Cards Marketing, 20/F UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx and Sapphire Sts., Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of:
      1. a DTI representative;
      2. a UnionBank representative;
      3. The SM Store or Retail Affiliate representative

        The decision of the representatives of UnionBank and The SM Store/Retail Affiliate shall be final with concurrence of the DTI representative.
    3. Winners will be notified via registered mail and phone call within two (2) weeks after the raffle draw. Winners shall also be verified and published and featured in publicity materials, such as UnionBank Official Facebook account and website, related to the promo.

  7. Redemption of Raffle Prizes:
    1. Winners can claim their prizes at Credit Cards Marketing, 20/F UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx and Sapphire Sts., Ortigas Center, Pasig City (during office hours).
    2. The prizes shall be awarded to the winners upon their submission of the following documents from the receipt of the notification mail:
      1. Photocopy of the notification mail (and/or show of SMS);
      2. Photocopy of a valid ID with photo (ex. Passport, Company ID with photo and signature, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID);
      3. UnionBank Credit Card used for the transaction;
      4. Card transaction slip with the approval code and official receipt (either original or a photo of the receipt is acceptable)

        IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification.
    3. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of mail notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize in favour of UnionBank with prior DTI approval.
    4. The raffle winners agree to have his/her name and photo included in all advertisements and other related material.

  8. General Conditions:
    1. Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.
    2. All taxes for prizes shall be shouldered by UnionBank. Should winners opt for delivery, charges will be applied and is shouldered by the winner.
    3. All claims for prizes shall be subject to verification and authentication. Fraudulent claims shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
    4. Expenses incurred by winners in claiming prizes (e.g. transportation, communication expenses, etc.) shall not be shouldered by UnionBank.
    5. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the promo rules and regulations and decisions of UnionBank, and to participate in the promos advertisement without additional consideration. To the extent allowed by law, acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission for UnionBank to publish the winner’s name, image or likeness without notice and additional consideration. Refusal of the winner to allow the use and publication of his/her name, image and likeness for the advertisement of the promotional activity shall result in the forfeiture of his/her prize.
    6. Employees of UnionBank, The SM Store and its Retail Affiliates’ employees, its advertising and PR agencies, their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
