How to claim your prize:

  1. Schedule the claiming of your prize at the 34th flr UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City by calling (02) 6676388 loc. 8304, Monday-Friday except holidays 830am to 530pm or e-mail customer.service@unionbankph.com.
  2. When claiming, cardholder needs to present the following:
    • Congratulatory letter
    • Valid UnionBank Visa Card used for the winning transaction
    • One (1) valid form of identification or government issued I.D. (with photo and signature)
    • Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), in the event that the winner does not have a TIN, he/she would need to secure at his own cost a one-time TIN from Bureau of Internal Revenue

Promo Period: October 26, 2017 to January 15, 2018

  1. Drive home a Subaru XV this Christmas Promo (the “promo”) will run from October 26, 2017 to January 15, 2018 (the “promo period”).
  2. The promo is open to new and existing UnionBank of the Philippines (the “UnionBank”) Debit, Prepaid and Credit Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose cards are active and in good credit standing.
    Note: A New UnionBank debit cardholder is defined as an individual who does not have any UnionBank Savings or Checking account in the past 12 months.
  3. To qualify for the promo, the cardholder should simply use his/her card within the promo period. Every transaction made by the cardholder will earn raffle entries as follows:

  4. For purposes of this promo the following will not be considered as a qualified retail spend: charge for cash transaction, transactions enrolled in bill manager, cash advances/withdrawals made over the counter or via domestic ATM, fund transfers, auto debit transactions, electronic load purchases, bills payment, Megalink and Bancnet point of sale transactions, fees and charges, transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes, and transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.
  5. UnionBank will generate raffle entries automatically. The number of raffle entries that the principal and each supplementary cardholder earns will be counted under the principal cardholder’s account.
  6. The following will be raffled  electronically during the prescribed raffle schedules:

  7. Raffle draw dates will be drawn at the 21st Flr, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 4pm in the presence of a DTI Representative.
  8. The cardholder may only win once during the promo. In case the winner will be drawn more than once during a particular draw date, the winner will get the bigger prize.  If he/she has already won in a particular draw, all other raffle entries of the raffle winner shall be removed from the succeeding draws.
  9. Non-winning entries of a qualified customer from the previous draw date shall be carried over to the succeeding draw dates until he/she won or until the end of promo period.
  10. The Cardholders' accounts must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.
  11. Raffle prizes are not convertible to cash.
  12. The raffle winner will be notified by UnionBank through registered mail (Congratulatory Letter), and phone call.
  13. Winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their respective prizes. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by UnionBank with the approval of DTI.
  14. Winners of the SAMSUNG UA49K5100 49"LED FHD HYPER TV and Ipad 32GB Wi-fi may claim their prizes at the 20th flr UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City:
    And present the following the following:
    1. Congratulatory letter from UnionBank-
    2. Valid UnionBank Visa Card used for the winning transaction (Optional)
    3. One (1) valid form of identification or government issued I.D. (with photo and signature)
    4. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), in the event that the winner does not have a TIN, he/she would need to secure at his own cost a one-time TIN from Bureau of Internal Revenue
    5. Authorization letter and photo bearing id of the authorized representative (if winner has an authorized representative to pick-up the prize)

      For provincial winners, the winners need to coordinate with UnionBank by calling 8418600 on the delivery of the item. Item will only be delivered based on the registered address in the bank’s system.
  15. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for claiming the vehicle at Subaru Philippines (Motor Image Pilipinas Inc.) Block 2, Lot39, Bradco Avenue, Aseana City, Paranaque, Metro Manila 1702 Philippines and present the following:
    1. Congratulatory letter from UnionBank
    2. Valid Unionbank Visa Card used for the winning transaction
    3. One (1) valid form of identification or government issued I.D. (with photo and signature)
    4. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), in the event that the winner does not have a TIN, he/she would need to secure at his own cost a one-time TIN from Bureau of Internal Revenue

      Any other expenses such as but not limited to delivery of vehicle, insurance, etc. shall be shouldered by the winner. The LTO registration of the vehicle will be shouldered by Subaru.

      For the provincial winner, transportation and accommodation when claiming the vehicle will be shouldered by UnionBank.
  16. The 20% tax on prizes exceeding to PHP 10,000.00 and any other expenses in relation to the prizes shall be shouldered by the winner.
  17. The winner gives UnionBank the right to mention his/her name as the winner of the raffle promo and use his/her photo, if needed, in any advertising material regarding any announcements related to the promo, UnionBank, or the debit, prepaid or credit card program of  UnionBank.
  18. Employees of UnionBank, Abenson, Subaru Philippines and its advertising agency including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
