Promo Terms and Conditions

  1. The promo is open to all UnionBank Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of good credit standing.
  2. Promo period is from November  1, 2017 to January 31, 2018
  3. Every Php1,000 single-receipt transaction from any participating Total service station using a UnionBank Credit Card entitles a cardholder one (1) electronic raffle entry and a chance to win Php20,000 worth of Total Fuel Voucher.
  4. Participating Total Service Stations:

  5. Raffle draw will be held on February 5, 2018, 4pm at the 20th Flr. UnionBank Plaza Bldg. Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  6. Twenty (20) winners will be drawn. A cardholder may only win once.
  7. The Cardholder's account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.
  8. The raffle winners will be notified by UnionBank through registered mail (Congratulatory Letter), SMS and landline.
  9. The winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their respective prizes. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by UnionBank and Total with the approval of DTI.
  10. For Metro Manila, winners may claim his/her respective prize at 7th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, 11th Avenue corner Triangle Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig from Monday-Wednesday, 10:00am to 5:00pm and look for Kenneth Ocampo. For Provincial, winners may claim his/her prize at a Total Service Station coordinated with the winner.
  11. Upon claiming, the winner must present the following:
    1. Congratulatory letter from UnionBank via registered mail
    2. UnionBank Credit Card (optional)
    3. Two (2) valid forms of identification or government issued I.D. (with photo and signature)
  12. In case the winner will not be able to claim his/her prize personally, the authorized representative should present the following upon claiming of the prize
    1. Signed authorization letter
    2. 2 valid IDs of the winner and authorized person
    3. Congratulatory letter from UnionBank via registered mail
  13. All taxes for prizes shall be shouldered by UnionBank.
  14. By accepting the prize, the winner allows UnionBank and Total the right to mention his/her name and his/her photo, if needed, in any advertising material regarding any announcements related to the promo, UnionBank or the usage program of UnionBank.
  15. Employees of UnionBank and Total and its advertising agency including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
