UnionBank Mastercard Landers Shopping Spree Raffle Promo

Terms and Conditions

  1. The UnionBank Mastercard Landers Shopping Spree Raffle Promo (“the promo”) will run from June 15 to August 15, 2018 (“promo period”).
  2. The promo is open to existing Unionbank Cashback Gold and Platinum Mastercard Principal and Supplementary Cardholders who are Principal members of Landers Superstore (“Cardholder”).
  3. To qualify for the promo, every P5,000 minimum single receipt purchase by the Cardholder at any Landers Superstore Branch (Otis, Balintawak, Cebu, Alabang, Arcovia) using their Unionbank Cashback Gold or Platinum Mastercard during the promo period, qualifies the Cardholder to one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win Landers Superstore Gift Certificates.
  4. The qualified Cardholder will need to fill-in his/her: complete name, complete address, email, contact number and signature on the raffle coupon which will be printed out with the official receipt (OR) after a qualifying purchase is made at Landers Superstore branches; and drop the raffle coupon at designated drop boxes a Landers Superstore branches. Lost raffle coupons will not be replaced.
  5. For purposes of this promo, a single-receipt purchase is a transaction covered by a single official receipt/sales invoice and a single credit card charge slip. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed. Purchases at Landers Central, Doppio, Federal Barbers, Capital Care and Caltex are not included as a valid qualifying spend. Only purchases at Landers Superstore will be considered as a valid qualifying spend.
  6. Deadline of qualified purchases for the raffle entries is on August 15, 2018 at 10:00PM.
  7. A total of 4 winners will be drawn for each Landers Superstore branch with the following prizes:

  8. Raffle will be drawn on August 29, 2018 at the Landers Superstore Head Office, #1890 Paz Guazon, Paco, Manila 1007 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of representatives from Landers Superstore, Unionbank of the Philippines and The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
  9. A Cardholder may only win once during the promo. In case the winner will be drawn more than once during the draw date, the winner will get the bigger prize.
  10. A valid winner should be a Landers Member and Unionbank Mastercard Cardholder whose account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.
  11. The gift certificates are not convertible to cash.
  12. Winners will be notified by Unionbank through registered mail, email and phone call.
  13. Winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their respective prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by Unionbank with the approval of the DTI.
  14. To claim their prize, winners must bring their (1) Unionbank Mastercard, (2) Landers Membership Card, (3) Two valid IDs, (4) the registered mail received from Unionbank, and proceed to the following branches:
    1. For Metro Manila Branches: Landers Superstore Head Office, #1890 Paz Guazon St., Paco Manila
    2. For Cebu Branch: Landers Superstore Cebu, #23 Minore Park, Cardinal Rosales Ave., Cebu City
  15. The 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 and any other expenses in relation to the prizes shall be shouldered by the winner.
  16. The winner gives Unionbank and Landers Superstore the right to mention his/her name as the winner of the raffle promo and use his/her photo, if needed, in any advertising material regarding any announcements related to the promo.
  17. In case of dispute with respect to Cardholder’s eligibility, Unionbank’s decision shall prevail with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and industry (DTI).
  18. Employees of Unionbank of the Philippines, Landers Superstore and other third-party agencies directly involved on this project, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from availing of the promo.
  19. All queries regarding this promo shall be directed to Unionbank Customer Service hotline at +632 841-8600 in Metro Manila or 1-800-1888-2277 if outside Metro Manila.
