GetGo's Points to a Million Promo

Promo Offer/ Mechanics:

  1. Get 300 Bonus GetGo points and a chance to win 1 Million GetGo points for a min 2,000 GetGo points converted to GetGo points from January 25 – March 31, 2019.
  2. Standard conversion mechanics and TAT (Turn-Around Time) for points awarding apply. Complete details available at: www.getgo.com.ph
  3. Points are rounded down and no fraction of a point will be awarded.
  4. Bonus points are awarded on the same day as the regular points following the bank’s TAT.
  5. Every UnionBank Credit Card rewards point to GetGo point conversion is equivalent to 1 e-raffle entry.

  6. Promo may be availed on top of other participating bank-partner specific conversion promos.
  7. There is no limit on the number of transactions done by member per participating bank partner for the duration of the promo as long as it always meets the minimum points conversion required per transaction.
  8. Enrollment to the GetGo Program and activation of the account is required prior to conversion
  9. Notification emails shall be sent to member as proof of qualification in promo. Each transaction shall be prompted by email with points notification and corresponding number of bonus points and e-raffle entries per transaction.
  10. Prizes at stake:

    1 winner of 1 Million GetGo Points: To be loaded to the winner’s account which he/she may use while account is active. GetGo Terms and Conditions on the use of GetGo points apply.

  11. Deadline of qualified entries is on March 31, 2019, 11:59 PM
  12. Raffle draw is on April 15, 2019 and will be held at the 4F New Cebu Pacific Building, Domestic Road Pasay City, and to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
  13. The winners will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, and a phone call. Upon receipt of the notification, the winner should immediately contact the Marketing Team of GetGo. Contact details will be provided through a notification email as well as the process of crediting the 1 Million GetGo points.
  14. Redemption of the winning prize is within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Cebu Pacific Office with prior approval from DTI.
  15. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
  16. Winners may not close GetGo account within 1 year.
  17. The winners shall agree to be featured in any and all publicity materials of Cebu Pacific GetGo.
  18. The 20% prize tax (if any) shall be care of GetGo. Cebu Pacific Loyalty Division, GetGo Partners and Advertising Agency including their relatives up to second degree consanguinity/affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.

 

Customer Process:

  1. Cardholders convert their UnionBank Credit Card Rewards points to GetGo points by calling UnionBank Customer Service at 02-8418600 or Domestic Toll Free 1-800-1888-2277.
  2. Upon successful conversion, members receive an email notification indicating the number of points credited to their GetGo account: Regular Points earned + GetGo bonus points earned and e-raffle entries.
  3. Member may also visit www.getgo.com.ph and visit the Account History page to check the no. of GetGo points he/she has earned.
