{slide=How do I earn free cellphone load?}

Every P20 spending charged to your card earns you P0.10 load which is automatically converted to cellphone load or bills payment to your postpaid account.

{slide=What type of transaction can make me earn free cellphone load?}

Transactions that earn free cellphone load are purchase transactions done at retail establishments and on-line, local and international. E-load purchases made via uMobile Banking will also earn centavo load. ATM Withdrawals, bills payment and balance inquiry will not earn load.

{slide=How will I know if I received my load rewards?}

For prepaid subscribers, your enrolled cellphone number will receive an SMS notification that peso load will be credited to your number and you will receive the cellphone load shortly.  For postpaid subscribers, your peso load will be converted as a bills payment to your postpaid account and this will be directly reflected in your postpaid bill in the succeeding month.

{slide=What if I did not receive my peso load for the month?}

  • Previous points balance is the amount of points carried over from the previous month. (This is “0” for postpaid subscribers and will only have an amount for prepaid subscribers).
  • Points Earned is the number of points you have earned from your spend, which is your spend for the month over P20. For example, your spend for the month is P5,500. Points Earned is equal to P5,500 spend/P20 = 275 points.
  • Peso Load Equivalent is the equivalent load of the rewards points earned, which is your Points Earned times P0.10. For the above example, Peso Load Equivalent is equal to 275 Points Earned * P0.10 = 27.5.

  • Current Month’s Load for Auto-Credit refers to the peso load that will be credited to your enrolled prepaid or postpaid account. This will be based on the load structure of your Telco Provider.
  • Remaining Points Balance refers to any peso load that will not be credited to your cellphone account due to insufficient load to meet minimum denomination of your Telco Provider’s load structure. This balance shall be reflected and/or credited the following month.
