    • Browse for foodpanda promo banner and click on “Buy Now”. Cardholder shall be directed to www.foodpanda.ph.
    • Follow the usual procedure in buying/booking online as indicated in foodpanda’s website.
    • Use appropriate promo code and your UnionBank Credit Card upon check-out.
    • The Terms and Conditions may vary per merchant; hence, cardholders must read through the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
  5. The following terms and conditions shall apply:
    • Offer is valid for NEW foodpanda customers only.
    • Cardholders must provide their name, contact details, and complete address upon placing an order.
    • Valid at foodpanda Philippines website and mobile app.
    • Applicable to Cebu and Metro Manila delivery addresses only.
    • Valid at partner restaurants that accept voucher codes.
    • NO REFUND shall be given should the total value of the voucher exceeds the total price of the amount due.
    • Amount (inclusive of VAT, service charge, and prevailing local taxes) in excess of the foodpanda voucher code must be settled using a UnionBank Credit Card.
    • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards.
    • Cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, credit or other goods and services.
  6. The promo cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with another promo and other discounts.
  7. Any dispute concerning the products of participating establishments shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the participating establishment.
  8. The decision of UnionBank on all matters relating to this Promo, including any dispute or question in respect of the Cardholder’s eligibility, transaction, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be final and binding on all Cardholders with the concurrence of DTI.
  9. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance/use of UnionBank Credit Cards and Installment Plan are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
